On May 13, the Management 4 Steel academy has been restarted online. The higher education training project, developed in collaboration with Aso Group, Feralpi Group and Pittini Group, allows to young talents to develop the key skills to work in the steel industry.
After the stop due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the program has beeb reprojected with online sessions that will allow to the participants to complete the training with the last units focused on leadership skills and Industry 4.0.
To complete the program the candidates will then propose and devise a Project Work to implement a process of industry 4.0 transformation within their company. In doing this, they will define all the steps, from the proposal to the economic analysis, to the communication and the engagement of the colleagues.
